Operation Give Back (OGB) was established with one goal in mind: to make a greater impact in the communities where we live and work. Operation Give Back is the heart of Technical Builders’ commitment to community outreach. Our mission is simple: show up, give back, and make a difference where it matters most!

Through volunteering our time, sharing our resources, and lending our hands to those who need it most, OGB brings the Technical Builders team together around a shared purpose that goes beyond the job site. We are builders by trade and neighbors by heart, and through Operation Give Back, we build something greater than structures — we build community.
